I had a great experience with this excellent company. The engineer did everything possible to attend to me on the same day despite how late it when I rang for help. Charlie was attentive and very professional and took me through the process for me to understand what my options were. I'm disabled and find that a lot of workmen try to con you into spending more but he wasn't like that. He was fair and gave me the best options for my situation. He resolved the problem and advised me to call if I had any further issues. He was courteous and pleasant and treated my property with care throughout his time here. The age old Vaillant boiler had its last kick a few days before our new tenants were going to move in, so we had only 5 days to get a new boiler and parts purchased and installed before the new tenants moved in. Obviously you cant give the tenants a flat with no hot water and heating in the beginning of winter. Had it not been for Charlie and his teams extreme effort to help us out in the emergency and squeeze the installation in, including late evening finishing, we would have let our new tenants down. Charlie we cant thank you and your team enough. We have been and will be recommending Charlie and Orbital Gas Services to our friends and clients. Service: Water heater installation
