Tim and his team completed the gas boiler installation at our home on the agreed start date, completed the installtion on time and to our satisfaction. The boiler was ordered by Tim and he arrived with the new boiler and disposed of the old boiler. Because we bought the boiler via Tim, we received an extra 5 years manufacturer warranty on the boiler which is great value. The warranty was sent by the manufacturer of the boiler direct to us in addition to the gas safe certificate for compliance. We have no hestitation in recommending Tim and Bianca in sales support was effecient and helpful.

We have asked Tim of Richmondpark Plumbers to do a couple of jobs for us over the past 2 years, starting with a new boiler, then a major job installing a new bath tub/shower and most recently new radiators. We have found him easy and courteous to communicate with, responsive, competent and trustworthy. The work was undertaken to a high standard and if there was something that required some additional work/fixing, they were responsive and quick to sort out any problem. The service I received from Tim installing a new Worcester boiler in our home from the initial quote phase to completion of installation was first class, five stars!! The work was performed on time, cleanliness was maintained at all times and the quality of the workmanship on installation exceeded my expectations.
