Ashley is a experienced professional and knowledgeable. He installed a Nest thermostat for me last week and explained the entire process regarding the settings. I was happy with the service and will have no hesitation using his services in the future.

Ashley from Ickenham Heating was not able to come out but sent another colleague within the day I contacted him. I had a wonderful experience and full diagnostic from his colleague Chris who went through everything fully and explained all the workings of the heating system in a a very thorough way and made non pressurised recommendations. Ashley is courteous, professional and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service and am delighted that I found him to replace my old plumber/gas fitter who retired. He is clear about what he can and can't do, what needs doing and the price. He went above and beyond to help me install a cooker too. I would highly recommend him and will be calling when the boiler needs servicing.

We had a recent water leak from a heating boiler and decided to give Ickenham Heating a call. From the moment I texted Ashley everything was smooth and professional. Ashely came to inspect the boiler and due to its age, we decided to replace it. Ashley was in contact with me and called me in advance to let me know when he will come next and the date agreed was last Saturday at 8am. Ashley and Chris came on time and din't rest until job was all done. These guys are unbelivable! My husband couldn't belive the quality of work and we are still amazed by it all. Everything was done perfectly, they cleaned everything afterwards and even taken the packaging with them, plus the old boiler too. Paperwork all arrived on time. I have already booked Ashely for the next year for a maintanace visit.
