My child was there for less than a year. Staff where helpful and understanding. I had to take my child out early as we had to abroad for while. Overall my child had pleasant experience and staff were very good

I dont recommend this place for your children, it made mine upset and put them off learning, especially special needs, they dont keep their promise, we mentioned that our child still wore nappies and as long as we paid they promised to change them if it was dirty, on several occasions they Called us up to come all the way to change nappies!! On a few occasions we left a mark on the nappies to see if they had been changed! To later find out it was a dirty Nappie that had been worn all day, to the point that it caused skin irritation, some of the staff are not good with kids, they have no empathy or patience, they are scared of the manager and feels like a family Business rather than an learning Facility. Avoid. Plenty of choices nearby in the borough with good ofsted rating.
