A week into my upper and lower Blepharoplasty surgery and I am so pleased with the results. A big thank you especially to Mr James and his wonderful team at the Real clinic for their professionalism and kindness. They made my experience totally stress free, which has helped my recovery immensely.

I recently had surgery with Dr Matt James,I cant thank him enough, he is by far the best Doctor I have ever seen & met ,He is amazing & went above and beyond to make me feel at ease & comfortable, & the aftercare was the best . I didnt think I would find a surgeon who would listen & try their hardest to give me what I wanted . Thanks again x

I cannot recommend Matthew James enough. His fantastic bedside manner his obvious knowledge, experience and superior surgery techniques are second to none. Aftercare was perfect, he was always available by phone if I needed advice and he was so precise, particular and exact in everything he did. He was also very patient, modest and approachable. I am a nurse myself and I know that I had excellent treatment and advice at all times. My surgery was a tummy tuck, mons lift, liposuction to my flanks AND a half face lift. Life changing! My clothes fit me. My tummy is flat and 6 weeks after surgery I am riding my bike daily doing 20km a day. My case was not as simple as just surgery. Matthew James agreed to treat me even though I have a complex chronic medical condition. I felt safe and informed at all times. Thank you so much Matthew James

I did lots of research when looking for a surgeon & I came across Mr James, having read his profile & the other great reviews I knew I wanted him to do my surgery.When I attended my first consultation with Mr James I knew I was in safe hands he was very easy to talk to & I felt very comfortable.I am absolutely over the moon with the results they are so much better than I thought they could ever be.I cannot thank or recommend Mr James enough, if you are reading this review & thinking of cosmetic surgery he is definitely the surgeon to go to.

Matt James is the best! he re assured me both pre and post op and made me feel really comfortable with everything. He gave me honest advice which I really appreciate. I am so pleased with my results and will definitely be going back to him in the future :)
