Used to be good and went here a few times but last time pizza was just impossibly overcooked The location is fantastic though

Really loved this place on buzzing Exmouth Market. Really interesting pizzas, some with mascarpone or butternut squash bases, nice ideas but not gimmicky at all. I had one with goats cheese, spinach, mushrooms, truffle oil and parsley, which was great! They seem to have their own formula for the dough as theres a really lovely crunch to the edges of the base, which is firmer all the way through than most pizzas. What stood out were the really warm, friendly staff who were very professional and clearly proud to be working there, also the pricing was pretty good given how expensive pretty much everything is these days when eating out. The design and dcor inside were really pleasing as well; Ill definitely eat at Panzo again.
