And coming from an Italian, the pizza base is light, crunchy and not too filling...just the way I like it.
This chap italian or not, has to of been taught by an Italian pizzaiolo!
But the most important thing is the ingredients... for Italians they have to be top quality and come from Italy.
Here they manage to combine American and Italian styles to keep everyone happy, such as is the British way, seen as people enjoy variety with their food.
So yeah if you want a hybrid pizza that isn't too expensive or filling then give it a go! ;)
