Great pizza everytime. The only disappointing thing is that I have to collect despite them being only 2 miles away happy to give 5 stars once they deliver to my area.

I am beyond annoyed after dealing with the West Wickham branch this evening. I spent about 50 ordering a deal of two pizzas, two sides, a dessert and a drink. I honestly think the bottle of Pepsi max was the only thing they got right! I paid 4.99 extra per pizza to upgrade to large and stuffed crust. One pizza arrived without stuffed crust, and the other was the entirely wrong pizza. My dessert was missing, and the sides were cold. I called the branch to request replacements and they said there's nothing they can do. He told me I was recalling my own order wrong and that there was nowhere else to go with my complaint. He then said he'd speak to his manager... he came away from the phone and I heard him say 'Hey X, there's a little girl on the phone upset with her pizza!' He then laughed with the manager, came back to the phone and said 'Yeah my manager said there's nothing we can do'. It was only when I said I'd be coming to the store to show them my receipt and the incorrect pizza that he said he'd be cooking replacements which would he ready for collection in 10 minutes. I go to the store, show them my receipt and the incorrect order, and he then says the driver has mixed up part of my order with someone else... even though the Uber app tells you when there's stops before you, and there was nobody before me? I queried about the dessert I didn't receive and he said there's nothing he can do even though I paid for it, because there's none left. I said I should get something of equal value if I cannot get a refund which he argued against but eventually did give me. I then got home, to find the pizza was still incorrect. At this point I was too tired and frustrated to contact them again. The crusts were tough and the food was not worth the hassle. Overall I paid a 5 delivery fee for sub-par food, shocking service, and to be called a little girl while laughing.
