The most useless branch of any organisation I have EVER encountered. Not worth the hassle

This place is a joke I placed an order worth 35+ pounds and was told due to an error on the system it put collected and I needed it delivered this ofcourse never happened be over a month and still no refund also ordered 2 days ago from them at 9:45 pm .. order didnt arrive until gone MIDNIGHT this is disgusting and the so called manager needs to be fired ASAP as he clearly is not capable of doing his job

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Iv made a few orders here now, thinking each time it will be better. But unfortunately it's always the same. Order is always ridiculously late, iv waited 2 hours before and this time IT DIDNT EVEN COME. I waited 1 hour and 20mins, the website said it's delivered when it wasn't. Crooks. The branch rarely picks up and when they do the response is "computer says no" - no solution, no help. Just avoid and go ANYWHERE ELSE. This place needs to shut down as it must waste the time of so many customers.
