While I accept that the pizza is ok for the price, the customer service is really poor. If you query something, ask for further information or clarity, they instantly have their back up. I witnessed them cursing customers who have called in to place orders, after they put their phone down. All the customer did was make some queries which ended up in an order being placed, but the floor manager and his colleagues could not help but be disparaging, which is ironic, given that they too are from the BAME community, calling fellow ethnics all sorts. For those reading this, poor service will continue if we do nothing, please order from somewhere else if you can. This franchise needs to be closed down or investigated by head office.
