    It's an absolute pleasure working with Nicola! In just a few sessions, she has been able to unlock areas of tension which have been problematic for years. Her knowledge and experience is incredibly extensive, and she has created a peaceful yet playful atmosphere in her studio. My body feels stronger and more aligned since our work together.

    I had a great session with Nicola! She was very friendly from the beginning and helped me identify areas I wanted to improve in, such as rounded posture and balance. At the end of the session, she also gave me personalized recommendations and exercises to do daily to improve my posture. Thank you for a very relaxing and informative 1:1! Nicola is highly knowledgable and experienced and I would definitely come for another session!

    Nicola is my go to pilates expert whenever I need to get myself into shape quickly. She has also helped me get through a couple of injuries safely enabling me to take up all the sports I enjoy. I highly recommend Nicola, 121 training with her has been invaluable.

She uses her vast knowledge and experience to focus on your individual needs, targeting the parts of your body very few other forms of movement can get to. I learnt so much from Nicola as she explained what and why she was doing each movement with me. She also gave me 'homework' which I can practice at home, thanks to her guidance. This has been one of the best experiences and I highly recommend Nicola.
