        I have been attending classes run by Simona for some time. Her classes are always excellent. Simona checks to ensure the exercises are appropriate for an individuals level of experience and any physical conditions they may have, making sure they only do what they are comfortable with and she will correct any incorrect positioning. I thoroughly recommend Simona.

Simona is very patient and tailors her class to cover everyone's need . Simona gives clear instructions throughout her class . It's a pleasure to be in her class.
