I discovered I Love Pilates when I was looking for postnatal exercise. I have been doing yoga and ballet before, but I find Pilate fantastic at improving my body strength, especially after giving birth. I loved taking Hannahs class on Sat morning. Its the perfect class to get you ready for a great weekend.
