Laura is a great and very supportive trainer, and I enjoy coming here for good stretching and core strength exercises. Location is also easy to reach via bus + nice views over the docks :-). Can only recommend!

A rarity - a class that is genuinely for ALL abilities (as someone who has no ability, I can attest to this!) The classes are very friendly, and well paced.Laura is extremely supportive. I can't recommend them enough.

I joined Laura's class four weeks ago and really enjoying it. She puts us all through our paces while also being encouraging and mindful that different people are at different levels. Really recommend it.

Ive been going to Lauras classes for over 6 years now and cant recommend her enough. Lauras sessions attack every muscle but she manages the pace perfectly so that you dont feel as if youve just done a crazy HIIT class! And as a coach she is just wonderful, each class feels more like PT and she works closely with everyone to ensure theyre making the most out of every move. 10 out of 10 every time!
