I started doing Pilates with Kim in Oct and feel so much better than I did. My mobility has improved, I have more range of movement. I would definitely recommend it to anyone as Kim makes it so easy to do with options to suit all. Im not a gym person or into sport but really enjoy my Pilates whether live or on demand. I've been taking the back rehab Pilates classes with Kim for over a year and cannot recommend her classes enough. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and can adapt any exercise to suit, she encourages everyone to work at the once pace and ability, her classes are very inclusive.

Had a great time at Kim's Pilates and Prosecco Evening. It was my first time there and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I found the class and exercises really fun and great for me being a beginner. If you want to get some fitness in for the week and meet some really lovely people, this is the place to be!

I would highly recommend Kimberly and her Pilates classes. As someone who suffers from back pain, I walk away from her classes glowing. I can already feel that her classes are working wonders on my posture. Her knowledge and passion in what she does is infectious. The classes are mixed ability, so you never worry about feeling awkward. Go check her out, they wont disappoint. Xx

Kim delivers an excellent Pilates class with modifications for any injury or level. I have really enjoyed her classic Pilates but also her Sculpt and Tone and her very recent Pilates HIIT classes. She makes it easy to progress and is very responsive to queries. It had been ages since I did any Pilates and I was delighted to find an instructor who is so passionate and devoted to her craft.
