Pilates with Aisha is a joy! I have private classes with Aisha and she perfectly tailors the sessions according to my needs. Aisha sets the pace and instructs in a clear, patient manner with a good dose of humour, which I enjoy very much. Id highly recommend Aisha :-)

I can't recommend Aisha highly enough! She is an exceptionally good PT who adapts each training session to perfectly suit your needs. I am naturally very gym-shy/exercise-averse but actually enjoy my sessions with Aisha and even find myself looking forward to them...!

Aisha is an amazing Pilates teacher and one I would highly recommend. I found Aisha through a Google search and never looked back. She was able to create a personalised plan for me which focused on building strength in my back to help resolve ongoing shoulder pains due to working constantly from a desk. I found so many benefits from our sessions and felt the real difference in my body. The added bonus is overall Aisha is a lovely person and every session is a pleasure to attend. X

Aishas classes are fantastic. She mixes the exercises which makes the classes varied, challenging, fun and tough. Aisha has good knowledge and a great eye for detail and gives good directions and corrections to ensure you get the most out of each class.
