        If there was a zero star I would have given that. Booked an appointment because of a severe backache. It took me an hour to get here as I struggled to walk, after waiting for 15 mins with the no-show of therapist, I called the head office three times to get through them, then I was put on hold for a while before I was told the therapist is not coming because of some other engagements. I was sent a booking confirmation an hour ago and no one ever informed me about this. The head office said theres nothing they can do about this. I could have stayed at home instead of booking a babysitter, getting help from someone to walk me over and all this effort to a no-show! Absolutely disgusting service, please avoid!
