Ascenti Physio Canary Wharf

Extremely disorganised company that could waste a lot of your time. I am being chased for payment for treatment 2 years ago which was covered at the time but due to slow claims process on their side and their loss of claims reference numbers etc a lot of confusion caused.

The individual physio I have at Canary Wharf is excellent. Gives good advice and the exercises appear on line. He does not push me into returning too often - so when I do return there is progress to be assessed. Cant say Ive been very happy dealing with Ascenti central - but locally they are great.

Have an ankle injury and was referred by my private insurance to see a physiotherapist here. The location is a lot farther to reach than Google map suggestion so I was 12 mins late. Received a call from the physiotherapist at the 3 minute late point warning me that Ill be rejected to be treated if Im 10 mins late due to their late policy. Rushed there with an injured ankle (a lot of stairs) and finally arrived at the reception where I got a call again by the same person saying he rejects to see me due to being over 10 mins late. Very uncompassionate healthcare provider. Avoid at all cost. Waste of time and money

Scammy and useless. Booked a physio appointment with them via my company's benefits policy. Waiting for my appointment took longer than my actual appointment, which probably lasted 3 minutes. The staff simply looked at my back, said it looked fine and told me to "refer to their app for exercises". No actual physio was conducted, no teaching of exercises. 4 months later, they send me an invoice saying I need to pay for that appointment. Do not recommend at all.

I booked and paid for an appointment in Canary Wharf. Received several reminder texts but when I went along they had no record of me. After waiting around for half an hour was told my details hadn't been sent to the clinic! My appointment was then rebooked for 2 days later. I then saw a very nice physio who examined me thoroughly and gave me some exercises to do. She told me that the exercises will be on the app. First I couldn't access the app and had to phone for a code. But when I logged on there were no exercises for me. And access to my "programme" ended a day later. So no exercises! Can't believe I had to pay for this "service". I tried contacting Ascenti by email. So far - a week later - no response.
