Great experience here, Simran is very friendly and understood exactly which exercises I needed to strengthen my neck, shoulders and back. I had 12 sessions as my back was in a bad way after my car accident. Im feeling much better now thanks to the expert advice given.

Simran has been super helpful. She is extremely patient and professional. She listened to my back problems in detail. The entire treatment was very thorough. She offered me therapy treatment through a number of sessions plus a wide range of exercises to carry out at home. Overall great experience and I will definitely come back to her for any issues that may arise in future. Highly recommend!!

Josh is an excellent physio. I presented with significant pain due to tennis elbow however, Joshs help, treatment and advice has me back to sports, weights and regained confidence in my body A big thank you Josh - I would highly recommend him

I've been referred to Ascenti for physio after my car accident. I had been through many physio's at Ascenti but didn't find very helpful. Then I meet Josh by luck as he was there for cover someone else, There is magic in his hands and I felt very much relief from Pain and can see the improvement very soon after my session. He is very friendly and welcoming and does his job with great passion and the therapy he has given me is amazing and excellent. I would strongly recommend him if you are looking for a Physio and want to get better soon please go to Josh. Great guys God bless him :)
