Yolande De Vries Photography

It was so easy to give he fabulous Yolande a 5 star review, if there were more stars, I'd give them. As a Marketer, I have used a lot of photographers over the years, but they are not all great - Yolane is great! We can all snap away with our phones, but capturing amazing and natural shots, is a real skill and takes the eye of a photographer to capture this. My photoshoot with Yolande was superb from start to finish - she put me at my ease from the outset (I'm normally so focussed on others - not me). She understood what I was looking for and the different types of shots I needed for different business purposes and placements. She's great fun, put me at ease and spontaneous, which provided some brilliant settings and added a real mix to the final results. So much so, that I was truly spoilt for choice. I have never been so delighted with the final results - thank you. I would highly recommend Yolande, let her create the magic that delivers amazing results, whilst putting you at complete ease. So if you're nervous, do not worry, you will be smiling throughout and feeling natural.

I've always hated having my photo taken, but I can honestly say that the experience I had with Yolande totally changed my view! She was so professional, and I was so relaxed with her. The trick I think is that Yolande just let me be me, rather than 'posing' me and made the whole experience fun. I was thrilled when I saw the photos she had taken, they gave me a fantastic mixture of serious and fun shots that I can use in loads of different ways in my business. I really cannot recommend her enough - if you are not comfortable in front of the camera, Yolande is the photographer for you!

My photoshoot with Yolande was superb from start to finish. She understood the brief (create shots for my new website and use across social media) and really helped expand it to deliver some amazing photos. She's great fun, put me at ease and is brilliant at keeping energy levels high, even when your cheeks hurt and you're not sure you can smile much longer! I have already recommended her to friends and know that we'll work together again when I need to get more shots taken.

Yolande was a brilliant photographer to use with our executives at World Vision International. In fact, she was so good that we kept coming back to her to photograph more leaders, including the President! She has all the right qualities that make up a great photographer - she has a visual eye, makes her subjects feel comfortable, can turn a vision into a reality, and knows how to draw out the best in her clients. I was really impressed with how much effort she put into the prep - including meeting with me to discuss the creative brief, scouting for fantastic locations (which was a LOT of travel time and work!), and looking at the Pinterest boards I created to cast the vision. She also advised many of the leaders on clothing to wear. Essentially, she did everything she could to set us up for success. I also appreciated the follow through in getting the final photos. She was patient with us and gave us an easy way to find/select the photos we wanted. She was responsive to special requests as well. In essence, we liked the quality of the photos and enjoyed working with Yolande to get them done! I wholeheartedly recommend her.
