        I always call before l collect my prescription, to see if its there... it helps them to get anything out of stock and saves me a wasted journey. Lovely pharmacist and very helpful.

        Call them if they have medication in stock and they confirm they did but turn out on my visit they didn't had anything in stock. It can be genuine mistake but it was wasted journey and time for me.
