        The staff at this pharmacy are incredible - so knowledgeable, professional and kind. They really go above and beyond for their customers, showing genuine care. My son was really sick and antibiotics were hard to come by but they tried so hard for us and managed to get some and helped him get better. A brilliant addition to our community.

        Normally really good service, this time just poor, why give me part of a prescription that I can not use without other part. Then tell me you will order in the rest and contact me. Two days later I go in, we still do not have it, will now be 3 days and not even an apology. Just really poor service. A call to say sorry it has been delayed would have been appreciated.

        What a huge improvement since Pyramid have taken over. I have never had a problem or delay when collecting repeat prescriptions and the staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Previously there was nearly always an issue and a queue of people having similar problems collecting their medication. Great service, Thank you!
