        Item never showed up one month after ordering. Plus they released personal email data to over 200 customers saying items are delayed. I tried to cancel order, no response so got the bank involved for a charge back. Useless company! Shouldnt be allowed to be in business.

        Ordered replacement bulbs a number of weeks ago. No update from them and had to chase them. Gave up and requested they cancel my order. I'll go to a more expensive but more efficient competitor.

        Scam company, chat is 'unmanned', phone is 'unmonitored', emails are not answered. Ordered over a month ago and the tracking shows it hasn't even shipped yet, with no way to contact the company.
