Firstly they told us it will be 250. When he came, he said 300. Then they came once, after lot of discuss, they change the days, the times. Then they came once again, it was the same, we waited all day for them. Then he said ohh tomorrow. We asked a day off, we packed everything with a 1 year old baby. Then they came 2 more times, it was lot of stress, we loose a lot of money, we still have fleas.... After 4 times. And now they ignore us. Absolutely not Recommend As you said you not ignoree me. I waited for your answer from 13 of October. You never called me or sent me a message. I asked 2-3 times always when you will come. Thats impossible we still have fleas after 4 times. And no, my first message was its a 2 bedroom house. Anyway, it was the worst experience.... Service: Flea & mite extermination

I called Jon when we had quite a bad problem with mice and he came very quickly and explained the two step process he would use to get rid of them. After the second visit I heard some activity in the evening and called Jon and he came back out on a weekend to double check his work and that I was happy, he explained that I would have heard the mice still trying to get in but that he had blocked all the access so they would not be able to. I waited to write a review to check the mice did not return as I was extremely anxious about this, I'm happy to report that we did not have any more problems with mice for the year after Jon visited, he was also extremely polite and professional, visited when he said he would and kept us informed of his progress. I highly recommend this company. John and Martin were so helpful. I was very stressed about having mice in the flat and in my bedroom. They were very patient, professional, took the time to find all the holes and filled them with quality filling and concrete. I dont have any mice anymore.
