Good comms and a prompt, efficient and reasonably priced service. The wasp nest was destroyed and within a hour or so no longer a wasp in sight. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

I called them out to take a look at a potential rat/ mice problem in the boiler cupboard at my flat, which I rent out. This was early September 2021. They arrived and after having a look told my dad there was no issue, even though it stunk and there was some shredded tissue, but gave him their bank details and I then had to transfer them 100 for a call out which I did no questions asked. Fast forward 9 months, my new tenant contacts me to say hes scared to open the cupboard and has kept the door shut for six months due to the smell and noises. Weve since had Rentokil out to the flat and theres a big rat problem which weve now paid them to resolve. BW Pest control took 100 of my money to tell me there was no issue, the problem worsened and Ive had to pay even more to get it resolved. Would not recommend. They appear to value fast cash over actually fixing the problem Service: General pest inspection
