        Tried to call wanting their services have a huge wasps nest in my garden bigger than any you have ever seen and the chap would not even listen to what was going on was extremely rude obviously in a hurry and didnt want me to explain. Not sure why he bothered answering the phone if he didnt have the time. Not sure who is going to use their services if they're rude to customers with no reason!!! I'm sat here wondering what I did wrong with no idea! Was simply trying to explain the background and what had happened but he didnt have the time of day to listen to what I said and despite calmly trying to explain he kept talking over me and then hung up!
