    The number 1 choice for pregnant and postnatal mothers in Barnet. Not something for the baby, but for you as you make the transition to motherhood. Its wonderful to go to the pregnancy class, then graduate to postnatal and have that continuity. Karina is very knowledgable, supportive and cares deeply for her mothers. She always has great tips and suggestions as you deal with pregnancy symptoms or postnatal recovery (even including a check up your first post-birth class). I particularly love the postnatal class, which includes yoga for mothers only, yoga and songs with the babies and time for a cuppa at the end. Above and beyond the excellent classes, she has created a wonderfully supportive community.

    I joined pregnancy yoga when i was 30 weeks pregnant and my only regret was not joining sooner. It kept me active during final stages of pregnancy and karina is so knowledgeable and really has a calming effect. I started doing postnatal yoga at 6 weeks and its a great class, i can bring my baby along and get to do yoga in a lovely environment and meet other new mums who along with karina are all very supportive and helpful.

    I joined Karinas yoga classes from when I was 16 weeks pregnant and I think is one of the reasons I have remained well and active throughout my pregnancy (I am now 36 weeks). Not only did I learn so much from the classes from breathing techniques and positions to help during all stages of labour, I really enjoyed the classes and was a great opportunity to meet other local mums to be. I am looking forward to rejoining the mummy and baby classes once baby arrives! Thanks Karina!

    An absolutely amazing class! I was previously active, but never did yoga. When finding out I was pregnant I wanted to try pregnancy yoga as heard it was beneficial. And it really was! The yoga lessons were not only yoga, but Karina shared lots of information about breathing techniques, labour & post pregnancy. Some but all of which was not covered in our NCT classes. This helped me mentally prepare for what was to come. I decided I wanted to Hypnobirth & use yoga moves in labour, at which my husband was very sceptical about. A few days of early labour & 11 hrs of labour with limited medical intervention later, my husband said "it's amazing, I'm converted & only now believe it". Thank you for everything Karina!

    THE BEST SUPPORT FOR PREGNANCY BIRTH AND BEYOND! I did a antenatal yoga classes from 14weeks with Karina at Yogasisters. The support goes way beyond physical yoga asanas (though these are great!), the classes gave me a positive mental approach to my pregnancy and birth. The classes are so friendly and theres a real emphasis on building support and meeting other parents to be! I really appreciated this in the early weeks, when you dont even have a bump but want to connect with your baby. Karina is incredibly knowledgeable and by doing weekly classes, by the time of birth I was so prepared and calm, knowing what to expect and Im sure my baby loved all the exercises.
