Found Sean via google for a personal trainer in Wimbledon. Have enjoyed all my sessions so far. Sean is great and i look forward to every session, highly recommended!

I needed to get myself feeling fitter and healthier as I approach my 50s (and be able to survive a full 18 holes on the course!)... and Sean was able to completely understand what I needed and build a custom program to help me 'just be better'. I'm feeling stronger and have less of those nagging aches and pains and although I curse him whenever we've a session, he's a fantastic PT, and gets what I need to make progress. Can't recommend highly enough

Have just started working with Sean, and I can say that I'm very impressed so far. In two sessions, I can already feel my cardio has improved massively and have learnt new training techniques that I can always use. Sean is very attentive and professional, and works with you and at your pace to achieve your personal fitness goals. Would highly recommend!
