    I wanted to work on my fitness after a period of absence due to hamstring ruptures. I felt that Tanya had thought about me and my session prior to our meet. It was measured and consistent; it was fun and exhilarating. Tanya took into account my hamstring and adductor issues and incorporated exercises to activate and strengthen them. I worked up a sweat and a huge appetite afterwards! Great energy, great spirit and incredibly attentive to detail. I highly recommend Tanya, you wont be disappointed!

    I trained with Tanya 2 times a week for 6 weeks in total. I am a beginner when it comes to exercising/working out. During this pandemic I really wanted to get moving again as I found myself stuck at home most days and barely making it out for a walk! The sessions with Tanya were a great way of helping me get out of the house, get moving and all round general fitness. Tanya is helpful, attentive and listens to you. I am not a fan of certain types of exercises so I really appreciate Tanya challenging me and getting me out of my comfort zone but at the same time not forcing me to do a particular exercise I wasn't happy doing. The hour taster lesson at the beginning was really useful and helped convince me to start my sessions with Tanya! I would definitely recommend Tanya!
