Abbie is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I was longing for to start my healthier lifestyle, so far each session is hard but fun and she adapt each excercise to my fitness level. Only just one month with Abbie I am so happy with my fitness level and feel confident that with her continued training and encouragement I would achieved the goal to look and feel better about myself.

Abbie knows her stuff! Both for exercises and also nutritional advice. Ive never worked with a PT who is so knowledgeable and experienced with different styles of fitness/exercise. Ive learnt such much around improving my form and different exercises. Her sessions are never repetitive and are always fun and she always keeps me motivated and focused in my goals.

Quite possibly the best instructor I've ever had she makes our lessons fun as well as hard ,there are days where I'm like I can't do this yet once I finish a lesson I feel amazing and feel sad when I miss any classes ,all in all abbey is amazing x

Abbie is an incredible personal trainer and generally a lovely person! Every session is different so youre never and its always challenging in the best way possible. Would recommend her in a heartbeat.
