    I have trained with Peter for 10 months to date, and I always enjoy our training sessions. He has introduced me to lifting weights and increasing strength and endurance, helping with functional daily fitness ability as well as long term goals. I am now more confident and competent in the gym. I would thoroughly recommend Peter, he really is a fantastic personal trainer.

    I never really appreciated the role of a personal trainer until Peter of Total Transformation became my personal trainer. I warmed to Peters positive energy and approach to my twice weekly sessions immediately. In fact I would literally run to the gym for our sessions and this is from the person who couldnt understand how Peter could mention exercise and fun in the same sentence! Right from the outset Peter pushed me to work out to the best of my ability in spite of my protests of not being able to do what Peter asked of me but he taught me that my ability to follow through with an exercise was based on mind over matter and that thought process in a six month period led to a 14 pound weight loss, a strong physique, muscles, and confidence. Peter taught me how to lift weighs correctly, floor exercises, to strengthen my core, how to use the medicine ball to gain upper body strength (which I lacked), great boxing techniques and so much more. He treated my right hip when I could hardly walk and most important of all Peter is a sincere individual who believes in helping others achieve their fitness goals and is a really lovely individual. Thank you, Peter!

You will feel increasing physical output class after class, but also better flexibility, mobility and all-around well-being.Furthermore, you will learn a great deal about your own body and improve your balance too - something that is such a crucial component in fitness but largely ignored byless knowledgeable trainers.Personality-wise, Peter is cheerful, driven and entirely committed to your personal goals.There are no half-hearted classes with him: he is always fully switched on and ready to get you out of your comfort zone with creative exercises.You definitely work hard with him, but his contagious smile and positive attitude make the classes extremely enjoyable.If you're looking for a personal trainer to help in transforming your body, but you also want to have fun while doing it, look no further.
