    Tim is an amazing personal training and most of all, he understands mindset which is usually the biggest hurdle for most of us out of shape people to overcome. Tim put together a great workout program and a nutrition map for me to follow. I'm definitely not perfect when it comes to my diet so I needed some form of accountability. Tim has a really positive attitude and a great system to keep me accountable which is exactly what I needed. I can't recommend Tim enough.

    Thank you very much @TimRobinson coaching. Right from the start of our coaching, I quickly came to realise that this was going to be very interesting. Setting clear goals and using data worked like magic. By the 2nd month I was already seeing significant changes. The self awareness and constant support and feedback gave me the desire to keep pushing myself. Tim is very professional and teaches you how to know the whole person. I now understand that the healthy me is the sum of many parts. The weekly check-ins and data analysis was an eye opener. I feel more in control of my workouts. I know so much about what I eat and how that fuels my body. I understand the concept of the deload and how important it is. I appreciate the role of sleep and stress in maintaining wellness and wellbeing. I stretched myself and now can do some new workouts. This journey taught me that we are what we eat, what we do and what we know. Thanks so much Tim. I highly recommend Tim Robinson Coaching.

    Tim has totally invigorated my training; he has developed a bespoke programme for me that focuses on sustainable progression. It is tailored to strengthen my weaknesses and improve my strengths. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and offers encouragement and support both in and out of the gym. He always responds to queries takes the time to respond with constructive, meaningful feedback. With Tim's coaching, all my lifts have really improved and I already feel stronger. I think the most important thing is that the techniques I have learnt from Tim are permanent, long-term improvements to my training, which to me is invaluable.

    I promised this review to Tim ages ago, but I made a deal with him that I'm going to write it after we surpass a milestone in my progress(this happened just last week ) From all of the pictures on social media you'd think that Tim trains just men but you couldn't be more wrong, he does train women and I am one of them. After seeing amazing transformations of my friends, I gave it a chance myself and booked my first session. I came to Tim with a clear- ish list of goals, extensive history of injuries :/, that left me with a lot of anxiety with regards to exercise and promise of 100% dedication. I return I got more than I was ever given by any other trainer I had before, which is not only a clear meal&training plan, constant support throughout the journey but also what people always crave the most RESULTS ;) My list of goals consisted weight loss, tonning and increase of mobility in places of my previous injuries. In just three months I've achieved 80% of our weight loss plan at the same time getting me stronger every day and I look the best I've ever had in my life ;) I trusted this guy and it paid off and I can honestly say that, signing up with Tim was probably one of the best decisions I made in regards to my health and general well-being ;) Thanks Tim
