        Tony is superb. I used to hate going to the gym but he makes exercise interesting with variety and a mixture of activities. I am slimmer and fitter than I have been for years. I couldnt ask for more!

The use of the versatile outside area in the new premises in West Hampstead allows for a varied and stimulating session. Highly recommend The Brick House, Tony and Shane.
