    I have had Claire as my personal trainer for over a month now and I am very happy with the improvements I am making with her support. I was always someone who felt anxious when exercising in the gym. However, with her help, I am feeling my confidence grow exponentially. I would highly recommend Claire as a PT!

    I've had 3 sessions with Claire and it's the first time I've enjoyed exercising! Its great that she's willing to do our sessions outdoors as i'm not a gym fan and its a good way to get some fresh air as well as my body moving. She is friendly and enthusiastic and keeps the exercises interesting and not painfully tough but afterwards I always feel like I have had a good workout. Her style is more encouragement vs shouting which suits me well but she does listen to what you like and don't like and will tailormake the program specifically for you. Eg she knows I struggle with neck ache during sit ups so she doesn't try and force me to do them and instead has come up with different techniques for ab work and also to improve my sit up posture. She is also very responsive to communication and is very flexible to work around your schedule. All in all I'd def recommend!
