I go the the Made for Moving classes at Haydons Rd Rec twice a week. I can't recommend them highly enough. I used to find it hard to motivate myself to exercise but with these classes, even on freezing, dark mornings, I can't wait to get stuck in. You train with a brilliant group of people of all sizes, ages and abilities and everyone is so encouraging and motivating. The trainers are all fab; even sending motivational messages to a group whats app at 7am when you're thinking 'shall I just roll over and snooze the alarm?!'. I've seen real results both in my physical and mental health with Made for Moving and will never look at another class again, I've found my fitness happy place!! Thank you Chris and team for bringing your unique brand of bootcamp to SW19.

Chris is very friendly, dedicated, patient and attentive. He tailors each session to my needs and makes them challenging yet varied and rewarding. I look forward to my coaching sessions every week. Im a member of the MFM park classes. Chris and his team are all great trainers. The program changes each week and is always challenging, fun and inclusive for all fitness levels. They have built a great community of local people. If you live in the Wimbledon area I couldnt recommend enough for you to join one of the sessions (its free) and try it for yourself.

Chris is a fantastic, focused and truely knowledgeable Personal Trainer. Someone I can highly recommend. I trained with Chris for more than a year and each session was challenging but very rewarding. He never gave up on me, even at times when I gave up. Each session was interesting and I learned so much about how effective small movements can make a huge difference for my fitness and well being.

I have been coached by Chris for almost 2 years now. He is an excellent coach. When I first started with Chris I had some experience of training and playing rugby and football but would often end up injured after a few months of intense training. Chris really opened my eyes to doing things differently and I love our sessions. I feel fewer aches and pains and so much stronger but also have learnt so much more about taking care of my body.
