He always focuses on my individual goals and tailors my workout programmes just for me. Ive been able to make massive improvements in my fitness that I wouldnt have pushed myself to do without his knowledge and encouragement

I cant recommend Ojay highly enough - he is superb. Be prepared to work hard and see results - his commitment to his clients training and goals is outstanding. He understands all aspects of fitness and recovery which allowed him to tailor a workout plan to my needs. He follows up on your weekly progress and really motivates you to succeed. If youre looking for the best PT in SW London this is your guy - 5 stars!

I came to Ojay with lots of preconceived notions about what "fitness" is and how all I wanted to do was "tone" but not gain any muscle. Ojay took the time to explain to me the false beliefs surrounding females and fitness and provided tailored programs to meet my fitness goals. I now feel so much more comfortable in the gym and lifting weights and, and am stronger in my body. Would recommend Ojay to anyone looking for a smart, informed and dedicated trainer!

He is constantly training and doing courses himself to develop his skills and knowledge which he incorporates in his personalised training programs approach. This ensure you reach your personal best. Ojay has listened to me, built, adapted and modified my training to help me achieve my strength and fitness goals. Ojay pushes you out of your comfort zone and encourages you to achieve superior level of fitness.

Ojay is a fantastic trainer. I typically practice Yoga & Dance and I always had the misconception in my mind that personal training was solely about strength and pushing yourself to the limit. After one session with Ojay I continued weekly, feeling significantly better and stronger. Ojay delivers fun, creative (and deceptive!) sessions, you defintely feel the after-effects in a positive way! He is so encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable, with an evident passion for helping others to achieve happier and healthier lives.
