I have been training with Jay for some time now. Hes honestly the best PT Ive ever had and Ive had many! He tailors every session to meet my needs and the sessions are hardly ever repetitive. Hes always teaching me new exercises and makes sure my form is always correct. He will ask you how intense you want the session and if you say very intense like I have done you wont be able to move post exercise!! Jay also helps me with my meal plan and ensures that I eat healthy. You get many PTs that are only after your money but Jay is the opposite he literally cares about your progress and always makes sure youre happy with your workout plans! Thanks Jay!!!

From the first session Jay has shown a lot of professionalism and knowledge about both exercise and nutrition. During the sessions, he is always making sure that posture is correct before starting the exercises and if you have any previous injuries he always adjusted the workout so that it is safer. Depending on your subscription, you might have a full body workout or (if you have multiple sessions) focus on specific body parts. Nevertheless, leg day always hard. More recently, with the COVID enforced lockdown, he adjusted and provided virtual sessions that proved to be as hard, if not harder than the gym ones! On a personal level I have been training with him for almost two years. He is a very nice person and he will motivate you to keep pushing through the pain. The only downside is that his repetition counting could use some improvement! He likes to sneak in some extra reps now and then! He has also been very helpful and flexible with the schedules which I know it can't be easy. All and all you will not regret having him as your trainer. You will work very hard but you will also learn how to correctly execute the exercises which in the long run will help you.
