Olivia has been the best discovery I made almost three years ago She is so incredibly knowledgeable & works with you to achieve your goals. She has worked with me between having my children, through pregnancy & post natal recovery & constantly pushes me to achieve new goals but in a realistic & sensible way. She is super dedicated & committed & develops personalised plans for every session. I genuinely love every session, even with a Burpee challenge thrown in!!
