I have been working with Marcel for around 6 months now with a goal to get to a healthier weight and to also start weight training. I started with him after a short experience with another personal trainer, who would always help me during sessions and tell me to try and get in the gym inbetween our weekly sessions, but that was it. When I then found Marcel and moved over to him, not only has he helped me (and really pushes me) during our weekly sessions, but he also makes sure i have the knowledge and resources to hit all muscle groups each week when I go to the gym by myself, to ensure im making progress. He has really helped me understand what exercises do what for my body, how to structure a workout for a specific muscle group and makes sure even by myself i have the resources and knowledge to push myself safely and progressively. Not only do we have weekly online check ins to see if i am happy with progress, struggling with anything, to check in on what im happy with that week and more, but also 4-weekly in person check ins to see what progress i have made, and we talk about if i have lost weight/gained muscle and why/why not to see if there is anything i could do better or we could change in our sessions to make sure im hitting my goals. Marcel is very motivating and great at keeping me accountable to keep pushing to my goals. I have really learned, over the last 6 months, to love weight training and I feel so much more confident now walking into the gym and lifting by myself. I love it

He provide an excellent service, only started training with him a couple of months ago already showing results. Ive lost nearly 10kg in weight and gone two sizes down in waist bands, great service
