        Was introduced to Shane from fit in 4 by a friend. I've been recovering from a nasty accident so I wanted to really step it up and find out how to rehabilitate my body. Shane was fantastic giving everyone clear instructions and what to do/what not to do. The amount of knowledge I gathered under Shane's guide is irreplaceable. It's only been 2 weeks but I feel stronger already. The gym space is well equipped, parking is available and fit in 4's nutritious home cooked frozen prepped meals are just a cherry on top. Thanks guys!
