I was feeling very low when I saw the first ad for Plan B. I'd put on weight during Covid and had all but stopped exercising. Six weeks later I've lost over half a stone, am eating good food I enjoy and training regularly three times a week. I've found a new community of like-minded people and feel not only fitter but so much happier in myself. I couldn't have achieved this on my own - however many Monday morning resolutions I made. I needed the support, encouragement and structure that Plan B has given me. Thank you Chris and all the team.

The six week challenge was just what I needed to get me back on track. Having a set eating plan to follow and a choice of exercise classes to attend 5 days a week made following the plan straight forward and easy to follow. There were daily emails and lots of support on hand and a friendly bunch of ladies at the outdoor classes which I particularly enjoyed. It really helped me to knock some bad habits on the head and re-educate the way I eat. Its lovely to be feeling a few inches slimmer, much fitter and stronger, have clear skin and much more energy. Go for it - you will not regret it!

I completed the initial 6 week plan with Plan B Fitness. The workout sessions were brilliant, instructors were knowledgeable and super kind and helpful and the women only group was lovely. Training outside with the sun rising is extremely invigorating and a great way to start the day. The 1:1 check ins and nutrition advice and support were also really helpful and great for having regular accountability and reassurance. For anybody looking to kick start and maintain their health and wellbeing I recommend this local business.

Fantastic. I recently completed the 6 week "boot camp", which was much needed after the excess of Christmas! It was such a lovely, friendly, supportive group that you actually enjoy exercising - even when it was -4 degrees! The coaches are really friendly and motivating, and working in a group really helps to keep you going. I would definitely recommend Plan B to everyone.

Plan B Fitness Camps really does do what it says on the tin. I love Plan B. Its outdoors, with music (so much more fun and motivating), its varied, its hard work and it gets results. Paula ;-)
