Yesterday I attended the Breathe class with my husband. We truly enjoyed I feel my core worked out without too much impact on my back. My legs and butt still feel it. The class is more energetic than the name suggests, in a positive way. The room is full of light. Eric was very good at engaging us. Recommend it
