I am now looking forward to Monday morning 10 am and even this morning, I had a "hectic" Sunday and was a little dreading the course, I came out of it really relaxed and in great shape.

Cel fera bientt 3 mois que j'ai commenc suivre les cours de Yoga Flow . Inutile de le nier, j'tais vraiment rouill . Une sance hebdomadaire et j'ai dj mmoris les mouvements, amlior mes postures et physiquement, je me sens beaucoup mieux . Tout ne m'est pas encore facile, loin de l, mais je sens les progrs .
J'attends maintenant le lundi matin 10h avec impatience et mme ce matin, j'avais eu un dimanche "agit" et redoutais un peu le cours, j'en suis sorti vraiment dtendu et en pleine forme .
Merci Eric pour ce cours et pour tes encouragements .

Cours varis, les explications sont trs claires. Et surtout la bonne humeur est au rendez vous pour se motiver mme seule devant un cran ! ! A noter bon choix de musiques !
