    I started my journey to get in better shape and develop healthy habits with Delta in January. My trainer Hamid has been amazing since I started. He has been able to educate me on the importance of good nutrition and good weight training techniques and generally being able to motivate me. He's very forensics in ensuring that you're following the right diet and correct form during sessions. A very friendly, easy going Scot!

    With little to no previous experience of weight training. I joined the 12 week fat loss programme at Delta in Dec 2022 losing 13kg. Its been a life changing experience and has set me up with the skills and confidence to continue long into the future. Having the chance to work with Eser has been incredible. I would highly recommend him to anyone who was looking to change their lifestyle for the better. He motivated, advised and supported me throughout with a customised nutritional and work out plan. Incredibly genuine and dedicated in getting the best out of you, he makes every session challenging yet fun. Thank you Eser and the Delta team.

    I have been doing personal training in Delta Fitness since Sep 2022. I joined with my wife. Before that, I was a regular runner and would have continued doing that, if I hadnt met with an injury six months back. When I was running, it made me feel happy, but I was not able to achieve what I wanted. Initially I managed to achieve some goals, but then my body got used to long distance running. Obviously when you are doing some form of exercise regularly, you get used to it. So, when I met with a small injury in my knee six months back, I was a bit frustrated, that I could not run. Thats when, my wife suggested to join a gym. Joining any regular gym was a bit frightening, so she suggested me to check out Delta Fitness. I read very good reviews online about it and took courage to enquire about it in next few weeks. I first spoke to Laszlo and he made me feel very comfortable. When I came back home, I told my wife about my experience speaking to Laszlo. She insisted me to take a plunge. She also said that she would join with me, if I take a decision now. So, we both joined a three month training program. We were planning to do just that. But here we are, still enjoying being part of Delta Fitness programme. The transformation has been amazing for both of us. We wanted to thank our personal trainer, Eser, who patiently answered all our queries and helped achieve our goal. We are very grateful that he is as keen as us, to get us in shape, which encourages us to work even more harder. He has constantly been guiding us on best lifestyle practices and suggesting us best eating habits. I train very early in the morning and wanted to thank him to come so early for me. There has never been an instance when he was late, no matter how bad the weather was. So thank you for showing so much commitment to your work. I have tremendous respect for that. Joining Delta Fitness has been a great experience till now. This is one of the best decision we made for ourselves in long time. So, thank you Eser, Laszlo and Delta Fitness for helping us achieve our goal. I look forward to continue doing the same for many more months.
