Felisa is a fantastic personal trainer where I have mainly used her for online training through Covid and also block sessions now. Her knowledge of nutrition, mobility and strength training means she each training session is different and she knows how to push and challenge you. She provides really useful tips to stay motivated and checks in on your progress so you stay focused. Felisa also released a series of online challenges which I still use today to fit around my busy schedule to stay active! Thanks very much Felisa for your guidance and encouragement!

Felisa's range and variety of exercises keeps you motivated. The sessions are short enough to fit into anyone's busy schedule and they can be done almost anywhere as not much space is necessary. Every session leaves you with a feeling of accomplishment. I highly recommend them.

I am still training with Felisa more than 4 years on! Ive been training with workouts on her app and one monthly session for 6 months now (after 4yrs of weekly sessions), and have continued to see great results! She makes the most of the live sessions to tailor the monthly workout plan. The accountability of recording in the app is great, and her videos make the exercises really clear. She is also happy to answer any questions. A great way to work out! Original review: Ive loved training with Felisa for the first few months of pregnancy. Her experience and positive approach gave me a lot of confidence in adapting what I would normally do. The amount of study and research she has done really comes through - she knows her subject inside out. Looking forward to doing more.

I have trained with Felisa and really enjoyed the program, which is very effective and hard work (which is good). Within a few weeks I felt very much toned and my core strength has improved a lot, it is hard work but very worth it. Felisa is professional, friendly and good with tailoring the program to my need, I would definitely recommend Movability to anyone who want s to get fit, get motivated and achieve better physical health and physique!
