Have been training with Decford for 8 years and have met a number of fitness and weight-loss goals over that time. Decford is great at adapting the programme to either push my fitness further or avoid injury, and recently helped accelerate my recovery from surgery through targeted workouts. Sessions are challenging and fun & never feel like "work". Couldn't recommend more highly.

Decford trained me for a number of years, and it only came to an end because I moved job and location. He did an amazing job with me - he took me from doing no exercise at all and with poor nutrition and got me in shape for my wedding. I went from around 80kgs to just under 70kgs in a short space of time, building my strength, mobility and flexibility throughout. His advice on nutrition was practical and sound. He kept the sessions interesting and mixed up the exercises, teaching technique and form throughout. He's supportive and got me to feel more confident and motivated. The sessions with him flew by as he's a very easy person to get along while also being professional. My wife ended up training with Decford too and he helped build her confidence, technique and knowledge of weight lifting in a short space of time. I fully recommend him to anyone looking to train
