Mark was recommended to me and I can honestly say I have never looked back. He researched my issues and found safe ways for me to start strengthening the support muscles around my spine as well as hamstrings and glutes. My confidence in him meant that I finally let go of my fear (which was stiffening my spine even more) and started seeing real progress in my mobility and strength.
I cannot recommend Mark highly enough. He is a font of knowledge and the community he has created encourages you to push yourself, accept new challenges, expand your knowledge, all within a safe, nurturing group of like minded people.
If you're looking for a trainer to improve your fitness, strength, mobility or to lose/gain weight, no matter what your goal is, he's your man!
