I had my first personal training session (hopefully of many more to come!) after years of not really exercising at all. The whole experience has been great so far! From the initial contact to find a schedule that could fit around work, good communication when I needed to shift things around a bit and last but not least, my first session with Danny. The session was tailored to my needs, and has already helped build confidence around starting to get fit again. Looking forward to keeping it up and I would highly recommend Mindfit to anyone else!

Kiki and her team are wonderful. They make the whole of experience of exercising really fun and accessible. I always feel so much better physically and mentally after a class too.

Kiki and all her trainers are genuinely amazing! Such a positive and friendly environment to exercise in. Ive been doing training and then group classes for over a year and seen huge improvement in my strength and overall ability and confidence.

I go to Mindfit classes and as well as PT sessions with Kiki - I really enjoy them both. Kiki has really built my confidence as well as my fitness. The classes are a lot of fun, they are different every time and I always feel great at the end of them. The PT sessions are always tailored to what I need and Kiki provides a safe, encouraging space to help me meet my goals. I would really recommend joining the Mindfit community.

I have avoided fitnesses classes all my life thinking the lycra / body focussed sessions werent a fit for me but i love the Mindfit classes and go whenever I can. Kiki, Flick and Paula create an inclusive vibe which allows and encourages everyone to reach their own PBs and removes any ego or embarrassment. It feels like a proper community group with a genuine focus on wellbeing, its fun too! Since I started PTs with Kiki I feel so much stronger physically and mentally. I joined Mindfit following a mental health crisis which ended up with me being in hospital and it was crucial to my recovery and is now essential to me staying well. Thank you Kiki and the Mindfit community. I am very glad you exist and cant wait for gym to open so the whole family can get involved! Highly Recommend to all.
