Akin is an amazing personal trainer who brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and creativity to each and every session. Akin tailors each session to individual abilities, capabilities and goals. I have been a client at MTC Fitness for 3 years now and Akin's easily engaging determined style has been a winning combination in helping me to maintain an exercise and fitness regime after years of wasting time and money on gym memberships. I wouldnt be without MTC fitness now !

Best PT ever!!!! Akin really knows his stuff! Every question I have asked him he has offered an informative answer with tips and techniques to get the best out of my fitness. Akin creates tailor made sessions specific to my fitness goals and is always available to offer ongoing advice. Really professional and 5 star service.

Akin has been training my wife and I for nearly two years and has been absolutely fantastic. I did not enjoy gym work and struggled to maintain motivation on a regular basis, but with Akin that has changed immeasurably. He listens, creates bespoke plans for exercise and diet and is not just a PT, but a man motivator and a friend! Despite lockdown, we moved to MTC LIVE online where we are training 3 times a week and every session is so different and pushes us in new ways. The studio is open again too for 1-1s, which we will return to soon as well as continuing MTC LIVE. I highly recommend MTC and the positive change it has brought to our lives!
