I had a great 3 months working out with Tony at the pace of 3 sessions per week. He has really built my confidence in the gym. Im now continuing on the same trajectory we set on together knowing what I am actually doing. My goal was to put on weight and build muscle as I have a fast metabolism and I have always struggled to put on weight. Ive added 3kg in the space of the time we worked together and have been told many times that I look bigger and defined. I m pleased with the results and its motivating me to continue as its clearly working. I am now a lot more careful with what I eat and know what calories count and macros im meant to hit for my goals, something I was clueless about and didn't give much thought to it. I would really recommend to take the leap for anyone with a busy agenda and needing a boost to get into working out regularly.

Before meeting Tony at one of the gym classes I was terrified to even get close to a barbell or a bench. Im an ex football player and martial arts athlete with a series of injuries especially to my shoulders. Training with Tony has not just given to me the results I always wanted but also gave me the knowledge, the strength and the confidence to overcome my fear and train again. I cannot thank enough for making me the best version of myself.
