        I really enjoy my training time with Dimitar! We started training outdoors a year ago during lockdown, and haven't looked back he quickly gave me a structure to help me achieve my goals much more easily, and for the first time I've seen a real difference, not only in physical fitness and strength, but mental health too. He's always tuned into my different needs at each session, and knows just how much and when to push me. Highly recommended!
